Cloud Computing, Internet Datacenters and Big Data Business Intelligence from China CFO Resigns

Chinese B2C e-commerce website announced that its chief financial officer Conor Chia-huang Yang has resigned due to personal reasons.

However, Yang will still work for the company during a three-month transitional period, and will soon start looking for a new CFO.

Yang joined in March 2010 and he led the company’s IPO in December 2010. With Yang’s contribution, achieved financing of USD312 million during the IPO.

Public files showed that Yang graduated from Taiwan Fu Jen Catholic University. Prior to joining, he worked for many well-known investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Sherwood, and Goldman Sachs.
